Booked through American Express Travel the same points are worth "1 000 points = 5 €", so 0.5%, and transfers to Flying Blue, British Airways, Hilton, Marriott or Iberia can be worth more or less than either. The fee is the thing to weigh: "21 €/mois", €252 a year, which at 0.4% needs about €63,000 of annual spend to break even.
