Renamed to the card Amex sells: the Gold Preferred Card, 39,600 yen, metal. The entry already carried its fee and its page as source. Fixed: it was filed as Visa; it is American Express. Membership Rewards points are worth 0.5 yen each as pay-with-points on non-travel spend with Membership Rewards Plus, 0.8 yen on airline, hotel and travel-agency charges, and 1 yen only against the card's own annual fee; without MR Plus, 0.3 yen. The 0.5 yen non-travel rate is the lowest cash value for a holder (MR Plus is included free with this card), so 1 point per 100 yen is 0.5%. 3 points per 100 yen at Amazon, Yahoo! Shopping and Auctions, App Store and Apple services, Uber Eats, Yodobashi Camera, JAL website, Ikyu.com, HIS website, Amex Travel Online (bonus up to 10,000 points, 500,000 yen of spend, a programme year from 1 Sep), so 1.5% there.
