No annual fee — PAYBACK's own page says "1 °Punkt pro 3 € Umsatz, ausgenommen bei Tankstellenumsätzen", so petrol earns nothing at all rather than the base rate, which the catalogue had it earning. Double points at PAYBACK partners on site and in about 600 online shops are not modelled, because which merchants qualify is a list this app cannot detect.
