Every bonus rate depends on a choice the holder makes each quarter, so every bonus rate is tagged and the card's general rate is the 1% it pays with no choice made. A holder who chose grocery as the 2% category will see 1% at the supermarket here, the lower reading, and can enter the choice on their own card. No annual fee. U.S. Bank's page states no foreign transaction fee either way. Source: usbank.com Cash+ Visa Signature page, read 15 Oct 2026.

PayperWIZ holds the cards you actually own and names the right one at the till — after the cap you have already used this month, and after the foreign-currency fee. Every rate in it says where it came from, the way this page does: read off the issuer and dated, or marked indicative.
